In 2002 a new hotel was added to the complex, the hotel Paradies. The hotel has a 4 star rating and it has 42 spacious rooms consisting of 28 double and 14 triple rooms.

All the rooms of Paradies have a comfortable verandah. Some have partial or full view to the sea. The rooms are modern and offer en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, air - conditioning, safe and more.

The reception, the lobby, the central dinning room and the central bar are in the ground floor of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel facilities include a verandah, swimming pool of 100 square meters, a pool-bar, tavern and lots of green. You can also enjoy your swim in the beach nearby.
